Working your Teaching Muscles: Building a Path to Mastery Through the Teacher Competency Profile - Mike Ray, Rhea Woolgar In-Person

What if teaching required the same kind of training as building physical strength? This session introduces faculty to the Teaching Competency Framework through a structured self-assessment and collaborative discussion. Participants will explore their strongest “teaching muscles,” identify where they want to grow, and draw insight from colleagues who’ve developed in those areas. The session concludes with participants drafting a personalized plan to strengthen one key teaching competency this term.

Please be aware that this event, speakers, and participants may be recorded by our CTL team.
